In order to provide you with the best care, we need some information from you. We only store and use personal data that is provided directly by you within the scope of the provision of care or that is clearly provided to us for processing. When you visit our clinics, we request the following information from you in accordance with Turkish legislation:

  • Name Surname
  • Gender
  • Address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • Special Personal Data (data relating to your health)
  • Turkish ID and/or Passport Information
  • Residence status Insurance information
  • Referring Practitioners (general practitioner, company doctor, physiotherapist, MRI Centre, pharmacy)

After registration, we save the personal data you provide so that you do not have to provide this information on each visit and so that we can contact you in the context of the provision of care. We will not pass on the data linked to you to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the provision of care or is required by law. We may provide personal data to the competent authorities in the event of suspected fraud or misuse of our services.

Security of your data

We take security measures to limit misuse of personal data and unauthorised access. In particular, we take the following measures:

  • Access to personal data is protected by username, password and visual login identifier.
  • Once received, the data is stored in a separate, protected electronic patient file. Only medical and secretarial staff have (limited) access to your medical file. All employees only view or use your data if it is necessary for your treatment or administrative procedures. In addition, within the Yasa Erim Gedik Pain Clinic, every employee has a duty of confidentiality.
  • We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL).
